Terms of Use
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Haijahr website at haijahr.com. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are
The site is operated by Haijahr Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16123645), at 61 Alexandra Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 1PL. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Haijahr Limited.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable law, is fraudulent or harmful, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system. We may suspend or withdraw the site, or restrict access, at any time and without notice.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license all intellectual property in the site and its content, including text, design, graphics and our logo. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You must not reuse, copy or republish our content for commercial purposes without our permission. Our brand assets may be used only in line with the guidance on our brand page.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that its content is complete, current or error free, and it is provided for general information only. We do not warrant that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.
Our products and services
Information on the site about our services, products and the Founders programme is a summary and does not form a contract. Any work we do for you, and any partnership under the Founders programme, is governed by a separate written agreement between us. Where the site links to our own products (such as Guseto, Brefi, Attestamo, Cotside or Sidekick for Laravel), those products have their own terms.
External links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on its content. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check back when you use the site.
