Every journey begins with a moment of change. For Ashley, that moment came when he was made redundant. Rather than seeing it as the end, he saw it as an opportunity to create something meaningful—something that could help others in a real way.

As a father of two NICU babies, Ashley understood the emotional and practical challenges families face in those difficult times. He realised that, while charities were doing incredible work, many were struggling to connect with businesses that could help fund their mission. That’s when Ashley decided to do things differently.

Haijahr wasn’t built as a business chasing profit—it was built as a way to connect businesses with the causes that truly matter. Through speaking engagements and consultancy, Haijahr focuses on bringing charities and businesses together in meaningful ways, helping them partner up for the long term. We help charities get their message out to the right people and offer businesses consultancy to guide them towards supporting the causes they care about.

The name “Haijahr” has deep personal meaning, drawn from how Ashley’s son greets him every day—a constant reminder of the love, connection, and purpose that drives everything we do.

And we help businesses discover their purpose by dedicating part of their profits to causes that matter.
